1-1 Nature Walks
A personalized, guided experience in nature designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and explore your inner and outer world.
Together, we create a safe, intentional space where nature becomes both teacher and guide. These walks are not about achieving goals or changing who you are—they are about presence, curiosity, and opening to what arises.
There is no set plan, no expectation to ‘do’ anything. Instead, we move with the moment, sensitive to the rhythm of the walk itself—sometimes leading, sometimes following, always responding to what unfolds. Through walking, observing, and creating, you’ll deepen your connection to yourself, the natural world, and the sensitive beings we share it with.
What to Expect
Among the trees, we’ll explore connection and creativity at a slower, more natural pace—one that honors your sensitivity and attentiveness. Each session is an invitation to:
🌿 Walk, move, or simply be – Let the rhythm of nature guide your senses and nervous system back to balance.
🎨 Create and play – Engage with art and nature through gentle, hands-on activities like weaving, painting, or crafting (if it feels right in the moment).
💙 Show up for yourself – Build a consistent practice of self-care, accountability, and presence.
Rather than a structured experience, these walks unfold organically. Some moments may call for quiet reflection, others for movement or creativity. We respond rather than force, allowing nature to guide our rhythm.
Why This Matters
We are often told to push through, force change, or mask our true selves to meet society’s demands. But for those of us who experience the world with heightened sensitivity—or who carry the weight of trauma and neurodivergence—this approach can lead to burnout and isolation.
These sessions are created with you in mind:
🌱 Honoring Your Reality – Whether you're navigating trauma, neurodivergence, or the overwhelm of modern life, we start exactly where you are.
🤝 Building Tolerance for Connection – Loneliness often feels safer than community, yet we long for meaningful relationships. These walks gently reintroduce connection in a way that feels manageable and authentic.
🌊 Regulating a Sensitive Nervous System – With movement, creativity, and presence, we work to soothe overstimulation and cultivate resilience. Through rhythm and returning, we build a restorative practice that fosters authentic connection.

Designed for the Journey
I understand how confronting it can be to step outside, to show up, and to share space with another person. These sessions are a step toward healing, balance, and connection, at a pace that feels right for you.
This is your space to feel seen, supported, and inspired—not to be changed, but to be honored exactly as you are. Let’s take this journey together, one step at a time.
What Makes This Different?
More than just a casual nature walk, these sessions are guided by a trauma-informed expressive arts therapist and designed to be therapeutically and critically informed. While this is not therapy—and does not aim to be—it is a space of deep care, curiosity, and presence.
There is no pressure to be productive, to ‘get something’ from the experience, or to fit into any structure. Instead, we open ourselves to witnessing and being witnessed—by each other, by the land, and by the moment itself.
For adults, this experience deepens into a richer exploration of presence and self-awareness. It is an opportunity to reconnect with the intuitive wisdom often buried beneath the noise of modern life. Each session invites you to slow down, observe, and witness both the external world and your inner landscape.
Through this connection, we remember that healing is not something we must force—it is something that naturally unfolds when we create space for it.
