Ritual of the Hidden Moon

In a world that often feels heavy, bombarded by constant input, and overflowing with information, it's easy to lose connection with our intuition and the natural collaboration we once shared with the earth. Pain, trauma, and fear can create barriers, making it difficult to access our inner wisdom. We yearn for communities that feel safe, supportive, and free from severe judgment, ridicule or hate—spaces where we don't have to walk on eggshells, constantly depleting and doubting ourselves. Ritual of the Hidden Moon offers a sanctuary from this overwhelm. Embrace the quiet power within this Spring Equinox for a silent evening (with gentle background soundscapes) dedicated to honouring the feminine in all its subtle, intuitive wisdom. A space for resting into your own rhythm, for exploring what it means to simply be. This gathering provides a soft container, a gentle structure to lean into, with clear transitions and a supportive environment.

Imagine a blend of intuitive exploration, similar to wandering through a quiet art gallery combined with the gentle flow of a mindful movement practice. Explore different stations designed to engage your senses and spark your creativity. While the main portion of the evening will be a silent experience, allowing you to delve deeply into your inner world, we will conclude with a sharing circle where you can verbally express, connect, and debrief.

What to Expect:

  • Soft, Grounded Beginnings: We'll begin with a moment of stillness, a gentle welcome to help you settle into the space and arrive as you are, without pressure.

  • Gentle Guidance Through Phases: We'll move through different phases—creating, resting, reflecting—at your own pace. Simple, clear guidance will be offered for each phase, allowing you to engage in your own way. Light facilitation will be provided throughout the evening to support your journey.

  • Space to Be as You Are: There is no right or wrong way to participate. Whether you choose to create, move, rest, or simply be, the space is designed to hold all of you, without judgment or expectation.

  • Silence and Stillness, Held Gently: The evening will feature periods of quiet and stillness, creating space for introspection. Soft alternatives for movement or engagement will always be available should you need them. The silence is an invitation, not an obligation.

  • Clear Transitions and Gentle Endings: Clear markers will guide you through each transition, ensuring you feel safe and present throughout the experience. The closing will be gentle, allowing time for reflection.

  • Openness Without Expectation: This experience requires nothing from you. There is no need to produce or achieve. Instead, you are invited to explore, rest, and simply be in a space where time moves differently.

  • A Safe, Gentle Container: This space is designed to be inclusive and supportive, honouring the needs of neurodivergent individuals. We offer gentle boundaries, clear transitions, and a flexible container that can hold a range of experiences. I, as the facilitator, will be available throughout the evening should you need additional support, quiet, or to step away.

  • Closing Circle: We will conclude the silent portion of the evening with a sharing circle, providing an opportunity to verbally connect, debrief, and integrate your experience.

Ritual of the Hidden Moon is not about answers, performance, or expectation. It is about the quiet, unseen power that moves through us all—a space where the feminine can be honoured in its full, subtle strength, while providing the soft structures needed for you to feel safe, supported, and free to be.
